Great Start Shake Recipe!

Some mornings when I wake up and have time to make a morning shake I make this recipe below. I believe there are a lot of calories and is chocked full a vitamins. It's my recipes so it works for me and if you don't like it go with another. Also the measurements are kinda accurate since I never measure and eye my ingredients. Some people juts can't do that so I will try to be close.

Melissa's Morning Shake

1/2 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt 
1 cup mixed berries ( whatever flavor)
1/2 banna or whole
1/3 almonds
1/3 granola (Natures Path Organic Pumpkin Flax Granola) 
1/2 cup orange juice 
1/4 agave nector for sweetness

So if you need to add more or take away feel free. I sometime take away berries and use a some mango or use both! I use all organic if I can afford or find. So good luck and hope you like it. I'm poor to suggestions too!
