Toronto!

I went to Toronto a couple weeks ago for a mini break and had a wonderful time. However, I only got a few pictures and the weather sucked so I didn't get the pictures I wanted.

The BF took this of me.

Most don't get it but I love it.

Some Art Stuff

Here are 2 pics I took under bridge in Chicago. One is a living space for someone that is homeless. The other is graffiti and it was to beautiful to be ignored.

There are many beautiful sites in Chicago but you can't ignore the fact that many people don't have homes, the streets are home.

I Heart Chicago!

I went to Chicago this past weekend with my boyfriend and had a really great time. There is so much to do and there was never a dull moment! We tried to rent some Divvy bikes but all the kiosk that we would go to were out of order. After about 3 miles of walking to Divvy bike stations we had already seen most of what we wanted to see and saved $24 and walked for free. The Navy Pier was a nice place to visit and you get some great views of the city. Just a great trip and a lot of fun.

Off to the Fair!

So I have been really busy lately with work, crossfit, being a single mother, and just taking time to enjoy life.  I recently started to remember to bring my camera on my trips since I had recently forgot to bring, hence no pics. I took my son to the Allegan County Fair and he had a blast until he decide to turn in to angry child. I was able to get some great photos in between temper tantrums and you tell be was being a bad boy from that little angelic face of his! lol!

Been a While!

Chicago!

So I went to Chicago this past weekend with my family. I rode the train from Michigan City to Chicago since I absolutely hate Chicago traffic and it was a lot of fun. I also got some good photo opportunities; however, I had my wild animal with me and it can be a little hard to get some good shots. I think I still got some awesome ones even though I didn't get to get a lot.

Battle of the Lakes Crossfit Competition

So yesterday was a busy day and to add on top of it I had my wild little animal with me. We both had a blast and my son made friends with 2 dogs Paleo and Tilly. I have to admit I started to get really tired towards the end and taking pictures is no joke! I did enjoy the experience and it was good way for me to improve my photography and experiment with it.  Had a great time at Crossfit AZO!



I liked this shot but it is a bit dark.
